Delivery Delays
We are currently experiencing higher than usual online orders. Our team is working as quickly as possible to pack and dispatch your order, however there may be a 4 day delay in dispatch. Thank you for your patience, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
Standard Delivery
- Free on orders over $99
- $10 on orders under $100
Express Delivery
- $15 flat rate (order before 1pm for same day dispatch)
- Metro only
- Orders dispatched within 1-3 business days
Shipping to WA
Due to disruptions in the AusPost network for Standard shipping, deliveries to WA will be sent via Express Post to ensure you receive your delivery on time.
Collect In Store
- Free
- Order before 2pm for same day collection
International Delivery
In Store Returns & Exchanges
- We are happy to offer a refund for change of mind on all products within 21 days of receiving your order.
- Returns and exchanges are available in our freestanding stores (excludes David Jones) when you present your order confirmation email. Afterpay orders can only be refunded. To check the trading hours of your nearest store, please use our store locator.
- Styles marked as final sale are not eligible for change of mind return, and can only be returned if deemed faulty by our team.
